Sampling

Selected samples should be a representative of both the nature of the product itself, as well as the packaging that holds it.  Where applicable, adhere to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) or the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) sampling guidelines.

Making a Request

You will need to provide OWTC with a completed requisition form and clearly label all samples with exactly what you want to see on the final report. The requisition form must be sent with your samples for proper identification and to protect the chain of custody. (It is encouraged to also email your requisition form to OWTC to allow for the prepare of the coming samples)
