OWTC offers a wide variety of offerings to cover many common points of concern in the food production pipeline, starting at providing swabbing and sampling materials for environmental and food analysis, several methods available for quantitative and qualitative analysis and customer service at every turn. Whether you are calling to request supplies, schedule a pickup or request an update on your tests, you’ll always speak to a person who will help you. If you’re in need of testing your food product for Staphylococcus aureus to assess safe handling practices, need to find out the Total Bacteria Count for stability, or check for listeria monocytogenes for simple safety, we have options for you. Primarily, OWTC conducts micro analysis of agricultural products, environmental swabs, and water samples (waste, raw, treated).
Additionally, OWTC provides a variety of food analysis capabilities ranging from indicator organism enumeration to pathogen detection, shelf-life determination and challenge studies.
